Push past hesitation. Gain clarity through action. Discover what you enjoy (or what you don't).

Break Through.

This is your year—if you let it be.

It would be wonderful if opportunities came with flashing signs and perfect timing. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. But the difference between a memorable year and a missed one? You taking action.

Moving forward this academic year, I challenge you to identify one unique opportunity—commit to it.

Break through the doubts. Break through the waiting. Break through to who you're becoming.

Push past hesitation.

Break through hesitation, self-doubt, and comfort zones. Gut feelings often lead to growth, so trust them. You don't have to be 100% ready—just start.

Gain clarity through action.

Every experience has value—volunteer work, part-time jobs, student orgs, research, creative projects. No role is too small, and everything teaches you something. Don't wait for the "perfect" opportunity. Start where you are.

Discover what you enjoy (or what you don't).

Plan to attend a university-sponsored event, try a leadership role, or attend that networking event. Growth comes from missteps. Be proud that you acted, challenged yourself, and grew.

"You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step." – Martin Luther King Jr.
