Ready for an unforgettable summer experience? Join us for Food Chemistry and Culture in Asia, a faculty-led program in Taipei, Taiwan (May 14 – June 3, 2026). You'll explore Taiwan's vibrant food culture through hands-on learning, including:

  • Observing, tasting, and preparing local cuisines
  • Visiting cultural and food-related sites
  • Discovering how food chemistry connects with society and culture

Earn 3 credits (INTAG 199N/CHEM 197N) while immersing yourself in Taiwan's vibrant food scene and learning how chemistry and culture shape what people eat.
