Friday, November 13th, is the final day for Penn State students to apply for City Semester Pittsburgh's Spring 2021 session.
City Semester Pittsburgh is a unique and immersive student experience in urban sustainability. In response to the COVID-19 crisis, we've transitioned the program into a flexible format that allows for both virtual and in-person learning.
The semester-long program includes:
- Virtual or in-person internship with a Pittsburgh partner in student's field of interest
- Urban Sustainability course with guest speakers and discussions on climate action, justice and inequality, urban design, food security, water quality and more
- Opportunity to network with and be mentored by local community leaders
Undergraduate students from all majors are encouraged to apply at the City Semester Pittsburgh Student Application.
Applications also being accepted for the Summer 2021 session (deadline April 7, 2021).
