You may be eligible to apply for the $1,500 scholarship offered by the Westmoreland Garden Council with a deadline of May 31, 2026.
Who can apply?
Applicants must reside in Westmoreland County or one of its bordering counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Cambria, Fayette, Indiana, Somerset, or Washington counties in Pennsylvania.
Applicants must have completed at least one year at an accredited college or university by May 31, 2026 and be pursuing a 2 year associate degree, 4 year undergraduate degree, or graduate degree in one of the following fields or a related field: botany, environmental science, forestry, horticulture, landscaping, or related fields. Previous applicants and previous awardees may apply.
