The Smeal College of Business invites students to "Instant Decision" events.

Attention third- and fourth-year undergraduate students: the Smeal College of Business is offering a way to earn a one-year business-oriented master's degree. All one-year master's programs have STEM designations.
The current list of one-year, early career master's programs include:

One-year master's programs are designed to complement any undergraduate degree to help an individual enter a career in various industries. Healthcare, technology, science, and engineering careers can all be elevated with a knowledge of finance/accounting, management and leadership, and strong communication skills. This diversity of skill sets makes Smeal graduates highly attractive to prospective employers, and our career services office provides additional support and guidance to our master's students to help them take the next steps in their careers.

For students who have secured jobs but are still eager to earn a master's in business, our new Hybrid MBA is an ideal choice! Tailored for working professionals, this program provides the flexibility to learn on a part-time basis while still benefiting from a collaborative cohort experience. Spanning two years, the program primarily offers synchronous online classes and covers the same curriculum as our one-year MBA.

Take a look at our video  on our one-year master's programs to hear directly from Associate Dean Brian Cameron and current master's students.
