This upcoming international embedded course is open to students in any major.

FDSC/INTAG 499 is an embedded study tour course that examines industrial food production in foreign countries. We will be focusing on southern Germany and northern Austria this spring. The course will involve several pre-trip lectures and meetings, followed by 9 days of food production facility tours from May 11 – 20, 2020.

Undergraduate and graduate students in food science and other majors are encouraged to apply.

Course pre-requisites: Prefer students to have FDSC 400 and/or FDSC 408, but not a requirement - contact the instructors about your interest.
