Cant-ilever? More Like Can-ilever: Build Night Challenge
Students are invited to join CNH engineers and The Learning Factory for an interactive, hands-on BUILD Night focused on designing and constructing cantilever structures. This engaging engineering challenge highlights how cantilevers play a critical role in mobile agricultural machines—from harvesting crops to unloading grain and handling bales—making them a key feature in CNH Industrial products.
Who Should Attend
This event is open to students interested in engineering, design, and hands-on problem-solving. It is especially relevant for those curious about real-world applications in agricultural and mechanical systems.
Participants will work in teams to build the most economical cantilever structure using the provided materials. By applying engineering principles and creative thinking, teams will compete to optimize their designs. Throughout the event, participants can answer trivia questions to earn “power-ups” that enhance their builds and improve performance.
