Showcase your organization to hundreds of Penn State alumni and friends at the Ag Live Tailgate hosted by the College of Agricultural Sciences Alumni Society. Each organization setting-up a display will receive two complimentary Ag Live Tailgate tickets and the use of one 8 ft. table. Additional organization members are welcome to attend at a cost of $15 each.
College of Agricultural Sciences Student Organizations:
The tailgate will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 (3-1/2 hours before kickoff, TBA) at the SNIDER AG ARENA, prior to the Penn State vs. Rutgers football game.
Benefits to your Organization
The tailgate is a great opportunity for your organization to share information about their activities to alumni and to promote student and alumni engagement. You are encouraged to bring your organization's fundraising items to sell. Alumni love supporting student organizations and buying Penn State related items!
Registration
Please register your student organization online at:
- Ag Live Tailgate
- Select Registration Fees
- Click on the Register button
- Choose Student Club Display Rep from the drop down box in the Registration Type field
One member of your student organization may register both representatives by using the Add Guest feature, if you are unsure of who will be attending your display please register as Guest 1 and Guest 2. You can later modify your registration to include specific names or by contacting Lisa Grenoble in the Alumni Relations Office at 814-865-2717 or agalumni@psu.edu. Representative names will need to be confirmed prior to the event.
Display material drop-off and pick-up
Displays will be interspersed throughout the Arena for greater visibility. Displays can be dropped off in 229 Ag. Admin. Building between November 18-22 during these hours (9 am-4 pm) so they can be transported to the Arena. Displays will need to be removed from the Ag Arena on Saturday anytime between kick-off time and up to ONE hour after the game or they must be picked up in 229 Ag. Admin. Building weekdays by 4 pm.
Parking
Parking is not available at the Snider Ag Arena on game day. You will need to follow Penn State game day parking rules and regulations. Information for parking can be found at: https://gopsusports.com/documents/2018/11/30/2019_Stadium_Parking_Map_Cardinal.pdf.
Ag Live Instructions
This is a fun day filled with activity; please dress in your organization's or game day attire. Upon arrival to the tailgate, go to the check-in table for your name tag, meal ticket, and instructions.
