The summit will take place in Brasilia, Brazil, November 4-6, 2019. Application deadline January 10, 2019.
The 100 delegates will represent 45 countries where Bayer operates and they will be selected via an essay competition. The U.S. is responsible for selecting four delegates.
Bayer wants the U.S. to be well represented and so we are looking for the most talented young leaders from our industry. We think that the best candidates for this honor will possess:
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Good understanding of global agricultural challenges
- Openness to new ideas
- Ability to work in teams and build relationships
- Good communication skills

The deadline to apply is January 10, 2019. Travel, accommodations and all meals associated with the Summit are covered by Bayer.
