Join Dr. John Ewing and Ketja Lingenfelter for this course which travels over Spring Break to Belize. Through visits to a wide variety of locations including the Belize Zoo, the Tropical Education Center, a banana farm, an agricultural high school, Mayan ruins, a cacao farm, and more, to learn about the role of agricultural education through formal, non-formal, and in-formal practices in Belize.
