10th Annual Wild Game Dinner (March 21st)

Come on out to The Wildlife Society's 10th Annual Wild Game Dinner on March 21st at Lambert Hall in Bellefonte, PA. Join us for good food, gun raffle, silent auction, a guest speaker, and competitions!

This is the club's biggest fundraiser, with all proceeds directly benefiting the Penn State Wildlife Society. The event will be held on March 21st in Lambert Hall (303 Forge Road) in Bellefonte, PA. Doors will open at 2:30pm and cook-off dishes will be judged at 3:30pm, followed by dinner at 4:30pm. The guest speaker is J. Merlin Benner, the President of Wildlife Specialists, LLC in Wellsboro, PA.

Attendees are encouraged to enter a cook-off dish (wild game, side dish, or dessert) and are eligible to claim 5 raffle tickets when they enter. The dishes will be judged by several Penn State Faculty, with prizes for the best in each category.

New this year is a calling competition! Participants may enter a category (Waterfowl, Game, and Predators) at the event with prizes awarded for the best in each category. There will also be a photography competition. Pictures can be e-mailed to Kate Williams () no later than March 16th.

In addition to the competitions, there will be many items up for raffle or silent auction. This includes 3 Wildlife Society engraved pocket knives and 2 guns (sponsored by Belding and Mull).

Cost: $25 donation ($15 for students with PSU ID) $5 off for seniors (65+) $5 off for military and veterans (unless PSU student)
