Sustainable Ag Semester in Florence, Italy

Join us for an information session on Monday, February 3 to learn about the semester abroad program in Florence, Italy - Sustainable Food and Environmental Systems Program.

The information session, about the agricultural semester in Florence, Italy, includes in-class teaching, fieldwork, and excursions. Explore the social, cultural, political, ecological, and economic implications of how food is produced, transformed, distributed, prepared, and consumed in Italy. Dr. Faustman and Dr. Fischer work with the program, and they will present details and information.

The session will be on Monday, February 3, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in Room 252 Food Science Building. Enter to the left side of the Creamery.
