Study Abroad Opportunities with School for Field Studies

Amy Burrows, our 'School for Field Studies' representative, will be on campus - February 20th, from 12-1. She will provide information and answer questions for students, with an interest in their study abroad opportunities.

The 'School for Field Studies' hosts selected Penn State approved semester abroad programs. All their semester programs include a research component.

Approved programs are offered in:
  • Kenya and Tanzania for Wildlife Management Studies.
  • Costa Rica for Sustainable Development Studies.
  • Australia for Tropical Rainforest Studies.
  • Panama for Tropical Island Biodiversity and Conservation Studies.

Summer programs are offered at these locations, and Bhutan, Turks & Caicos, Peru, Cambodia, and Vietnam as well. Additionally, a special summer program in Kenya, is offered in Public Health.

There will be an hour open to interested students from 12-1 on February 20th, in room 122 of Ag Admin building to come and visit with Amy Burrows.
