NASA Pa. Space Grant accepting undergraduate research internship applications

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The NASA Pennsylvania Space Grant Consortium (PSGC) is currently accepting applications to its undergraduate research internship programs. The programs offer first-year and minority students a two-semester, faculty-mentored internship in a research laboratory at University Park. The deadline to apply is Nov. 1.

Open to U.S. citizens planning to pursue a degree in a STEM-related field, the programs are: Women in Science Engineering Research (WISER), Minority Undergraduate Research Experience (MURE), and First-year Undergraduate Research Program (FURP).

Participating laboratories are in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, College of Agricultural Sciences, College of Engineering, College of Health and Human Development, College of the Liberal Arts, College of Information Sciences and Technology, and the Eberly College of Science.
