Penn State announces Global Programs Travel Grants 2017 competition results

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Twice a year, Penn State Global Programs solicits applications for international travel from faculty and graduate students. A portfolio of grant programs supports faculty travel related to developing global awareness, global literacy and global competency among our undergraduate population, graduate students’ travel to international conferences, as well as the exploration of transformative, strategic partnerships around the world, all promoting Penn State's vision of becoming a truly global university — the Global Penn State.

The fall 2017 competition cycle invited applications in three grant categories: Faculty Travel Grants, Transformational Travel Grants, and Graduate Student Travel Grants.
