Master Gardeners to offer plant sales around Pennsylvania

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — In April, May and June, Penn State Extension Master Gardeners will offer plant sales and expert gardening advice in locations around the state. These sales support educational programs and feature plants chosen for local growing conditions.

Depending on the county, sales will include items such as native and pollinator-friendly plants, annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, shrubs, trees, houseplants, hanging baskets, gardening tools, books and apparel, and decorative garden items. Allegheny: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. April 29, South Park Home Economics Building, 2050 Buffalo Drive, South Park Township.

Beaver: 8 a.m.-1 p.m. May 13, Penn State Extension Beaver County office, 1000 Third St., Beaver.
