Agricultural Engineering Building to be Renovated

Ag Engineering Building Renovation

The Agricultural Engineering Building, which houses the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE), will be rebuilt and renovated to better meet the department’s needs.

Originally constructed in the 1930s, the building was last renovated in the 1960s. With an undergraduate enrollment that has increased by 250 percent since 2001 and an increase in research expenditures of 200 percent in the past eight years, the department has outgrown its current facilities.

Grab your hard hats; construction will begin in summer 2016.
