This How To will give you information to configure the Communicator application you can use to find others in the Mitel system. You can use Communicator to have your phone dial that person. You need to pick up your phone to connect to the person you are calling.
If you can't find Communicator on your computer, please contact the Help Desk and provide your Computer Name so we can install the software for you.
- In the URL box, enter http://app.sip.net.internet2.edu/.
- In the account name, enter your full email address (only Columbia should use their alias).
- An example of a full email address would be abc891@psu.edu.
- It is case sensitive.
- Enter the password that has been shared with you. It is case sensitive.
- Click Sign In.
