Campus Options and Penn State's 2+2 Plan

You can apply to any of Penn State's 20 campuses that have Ag Sciences programs. Penn State's 2+2 Plan allows you to study at any of our campuses for two years and and finish your last two years at University Park. No matter where you begin your education, College of Ag Sciences faculty and staff can help guide you toward your academic and personal goals.

Summer Options for Admitted Students

At University Park, first-year students may be admitted for a summer start, or they may choose to begin their coursework in the summer by transferring their admittance from fall to summer. A summer start can provide a great opportunity to begin your time at on campus in a smaller environment—and Ag LEAP (Learning Edge Academic Program) may be just the right option for you! LEAP pairs academic coursework with out-of-class experiences and peer-mentoring to help you successfully transition to college. Our Ag LEAP site provides all of the details.
