Options and Course Requirements

Students majoring in Environmental Resource Management must choose from one of three options.

As an ERM student in the Environmental Science option, you will be armed with the knowledge to resolve conflicting issues concerning the conservation and management of our natural resources.

Why study soil science? Soil links terrestrial life with water, geology, and the atmosphere. Soil is crucial to food production, climate systems, and water, nutrient, and waste cycling.

Students with an interest in water quality issues and the management and sustainability of this precious natural resource will find the Water Science option an excellent way to build a future career in water resources.
