Ag Springboard Teams Forming

Posted: January 30, 2015

The first step to winning $7,500 for your startup is to build a great team

Teams are forming now through February to compete to win the $7,500 grand prize in the Ag Springboard student business plan competition.

If you have an idea for a new product, new business or new non-profit venture, now is the time to recruit your teammates. See our teams page to learn which teams are looking for people.

Ag Springboard, hosted by the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program, helps students launch their start-up dreams to life, with a $7,500 grand prize and $2,500 second prize.

That’s a lot of marketing, supplies, research or … you decide.

Competing in the Ag Springboard student business plan competition builds your resume and knowledge base, and is an AWESOME opportunity to network with potential investors and mentors who can help your ideas succeed!

(Plus, it’s a lot of fun.)

Teams are forming now and must register by March 5. Contact E&I Coordinator Mark Gagnon:

Teams have until March 31 to create and submit a 10-minute video pitch of their concept and plan. Four finalists will be announced April 9.

On April 14, the final round of competition and awards banquet will be held, announcing the grand prize winner of $7,500 and the second prize winner of $2,500.
