Certified Crop Adviser

Diversity of World Religions

This online course provides a brief description of the basic history, religious practices, holidays, and food customs that may be encountered in the United States. While this is not intended to be an authority on any religion, it will increase your awareness of some of the beliefs and practices that are important to others. When we have more information, we can interact with others from a greater state of awareness.

Food for Profit

This online course will cover, step by step, what you need to do to create a successful, sustainable food business venture. Whether you have already started your business and want to find ways to strengthen or re-invent it, or whether you have a good idea for a business, this class will provide you with information needed to move forward.

More information will be available soon.

Japanese Beetles: Stages of Life, Damage, and Control

This course will help you understand the life cycle of the Japanese Beetle. It will take you into the world of the larvae of the beetle and help you to understand the egg through adult stages of the beetle and damage that is caused. It will give you scouting techniques and control recommendations. You will be more effective in your attempts at control, and saving unneeded pesticide applications in the effort.
