Toni Stuetz has worked with the Penn State Extension Program in Chester County since 1991 supporting the 4-H program and working to expand the program through various outreach efforts. She assumed the role of 4-H coordinator in January 2007.  She contributes to the total 4-H program in Chester County by coordinating and chaperoning various county, regional and state activities, and recruiting, screening and training volunteers to support 4-H clubs and expand program opportunities for youth.  She has direct responsibilities the 4-H community, family living, dairy and dairy goat, pet goat robotics, STEM and expressive arts clubs and works with the team in Chester County to provides programs for all the clubs annually.  She serves as part of the Pennsylvania 4-H STEM team and supports STEM outreach locally, regionally and across the state.
