Sam has been the 4-H Youth Development Educator in Northumberland County since September, 2000. In addition to his work in Northumberland County, he is a Camp Co-Director for the Central Susquehanna 4-H Counties' Residential Camp, Co-Advisor for the Pennsylvania 4-H State Council, a Co-planner for the State 4-H Leadership Conference and Co-Chair of the Leadership Team of 4-H Youth Development.
