Martha Gregory

Martha is the 4-H Youth Development Extension Educator in Lebanon County.  She provides professional leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs related to 4-H and youth development and the management and development of volunteer 4-H Leaders.  Specific program responsibilities include recruiting, screening, training, counseling, and empowering adult volunteer leaders to plan, implement and evaluate the impact of educational programs for youth.  The candidate is responsible for program outreach to youth and adults from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds and resource development.  She also serves as a co-team leader of the State 4-H Volunteer Systems group.
