I chose Penn State and the College of Ag Sciences because of the family atmosphere I felt when I visited campus. I could automatically feel that everyone was there to support me to be the best I could be, which I really appreciated. I also liked that I would be able to get to know my professors personally.
Favorite Penn State Activity:
I am involved in Club Water Polo, which has become my family at Penn State. I absolutely love the experiences I have had with my team at practices and tournaments, as well as our involvement in THON!
What do you want to be when you grow up?
When I grow up, I want to be a water quality researcher for the federal government.
Proudest Achievement in life so far:
I was selected as a NOAA Holling's Scholar my sophomore year, which was really exciting and made me really proud!
Hobbies:
Water Polo, Cooking, Singing, Being Crafty
If you could be an animal, what would you be and why?
I would be a dolphin- they are super smart and just seem to have a lot of fun. I also think it would be really cool to be able to be underwater for a really long time.
Dream Vacation:
Athens, Greece
