Cynthia is a Parenting and Better Kid Care Educator, Statewide. She holds an Associates of Science degree in Resource Management and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from Queens College-City University of New York.

Her program focuses on providing technical support and delivering evidence-informed educational programs to parents and early educators, to improve the quality, educational practices, and educational outcomes for children. In addition, she focuses on Mental Wellness and is a certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer, training various modules across the state.
