More than 425 college alumni, friends, faculty, staff, and students attended the tailgate in the Snider Agricultural Arena prior to Penn State taking on Michigan State for three hours of food, fun and fellowship. Guests were entertained by a superb performance by the Penn State Pep Band and Cheerleaders, had photos taken with the Nittany Lion, connected with more than 20 student club representatives, participated in a silent auction of 45 items and a live auction of 20 items.

Pennsylvania State Representative Mark Keller from Perry County served as the live auctioneer for the event. The two highest selling items included a 2015 Penn State Football Weekend Extravaganza for Two donated by the Penn State Alumni Association and a Three-day, two night RV Tailgate Weekend donated by Nittany RV Valet.
