Case studies in both countries will be utilized to illustrate underlying sustainable agriculture principles common to each region, as well as constraints and opportunities in both nations. The course will culminate with U.S. students visiting Cambodia from Dec. 27, 2018 - Jan. 10, 2019 and presents a unique opportunity for collaborative learning.
