The Summer Translational Cardiovascular Science Institute (STCSI) Program provides a variety of research opportunities for undergraduate students in the cardiovascular field.
Most of the research projects are highly collaborative. STCSI students will be integral members of active research groups and will thus have opportunities to interact with faculty, post-docs, graduate students, and industrial colleagues (in addition to other undergraduates) during their summer research experiences.
STCSI PROGRAM INCLUDES
- Hands-on research
- Seminars, workshops, and field trips
- Group social activities
- Oral presentations
ELIGIBILITY
- Undergraduate students majoring in science and engineering programs
- Students must be currently enrolled at a U.S. institution
AWARD
- $4000 stipend
Application deadline is March 30th. Selections will be based on a combination of research interests, academic qualifications, and faculty recommendations.
