Research opportunity in pollinator biology, health and education

Applications now being accepted for the 2015 Apes Valentes Undergraduate Summer Research Award for research in pollinator biology and health.

The Penn State Center for Pollinator Research is seeking undergraduate student applicants for Apes Valentes Undergraduate Research Award for research in pollinator biology and health. The successful candidates will receive an award of up to $4500 to be applied to wages and other project costs. Research, extension, education and outreach projects related to all aspects of pollinator biology and health are encouraged. Projects are expected to be conducted between May and August 2015. Three awards are available.

Interested students should submit their applications to LaTrisha Hough by April 1, 2015. Applicants will be notified of the decision of the selection committee by May 1, 2015.
