Sustainable Ag Semester in Florence, Italy

Join us for an information session on February 3, at 11:00 a.m. in 252 Food Science Building, to discuss the Semester Abroad Program in Florence, Italy: Sustainable Food and Environmental Systems Program.

What: An information session about about the agricultural semester in Florence, Italy: Sustainable Food & Environmental Systems, with in-class teaching, fieldwork, and excursions. Explore the social, cultural, political, ecological, and economic implications of how food is produced, transformed, distributed, prepared, and consumed in Italy. 

Who: Dr. Faustman and Dr. Fischer, who work with the program, will present details and information.

When: Monday, February 3, from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Where: 252 Food Science Building (enter to the left side of the Creamery)
