NGO Work in Africa

Learn about working for NGOs in Africa, and about a specific program - Princeton in Africa for graduating seniors. Friday, April 6th, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m., 122 Agricultural Administration Building.

Come learn about working with NGOs in Africa, and about this rewarding fellowship program for graduating seniors. Our presenter is Amanda Ramcharan, Fellow in Kenya, a volunteer in the NGO world, who will talk about the benefits and challenges of gaining international experience, with a special focus on sustainable development. She is working on rainwater harvesting, water filtration, conservation and education at Nyumbani Village, an orphan eco-village with an ambitious goal of being self-sustainable by 2018. Friday, April 6, 2:00 -3:00 p.m., 122 Agricultural Administration Building. All are welcome!
