Gastronomy Club Hosting Executive Chef Bill Laychur - Culinary Presentation

The Gastronomy Club will be hosting PSU's Executive Chef Bill Laychur to present on Tuesday, March 27 at 7:00 p.m. in the West Commons classroom. Chef Bill will be discussing his career as a chef and favorite cuisines as well as conducting a food demonstration!

PSU's Executive Chef Bill Laychur will be having a discussion about his career and culinary experiences as a chef. The presentation will also include Chef Bill speaking about his favorite cuisine as well as a variety of other world cuisines. Following the presentation, he will conduct a food demonstration, with tastings given to the audience. Come on out to meet and learn about the Chef who is responsible for the food prepared in the dining commons! Chef Bill welcomes questions. Hosted by the Gastronomy Club, this event will take place on Tuesday, March 27, at 7:00 p.m. in West Commons classroom, located next to the cultural lounge.  If you have questions, please contact Nicole Anderson.
