2012 Meat-In Day: Thursday, March 15

"From Farm to Consumer...Thank the Producer" is the theme for the 6th annual "Meat-In Day" held at Penn State. Collegiate CattleWomen and Block and Bridle are asking everyone who supports the eating of meat (and other animal agricultural products) to come on out and help show the rest of PSU that eating these products in your diet is not only very tasty, but healthy and beneficial!!

We’ll be passing out food samples and educational flyers. If you purchased a yellow “From Farm to Consumer... Thank the Producer” t-shirt, please wear this on the day of the event to make a statement!

The day will first start outside of the Palmer Art Museum from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  The event will then move inside to Findlay Commons at East Halls from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m.

We are hoping for a strong, showing support from as many people as we can in the College of Agricultural Sciences to help make Meat-In Day another success at Penn State!!  If there are any questions or concerns please contact Meat-In Day Co-Chairs, Christi, or Amanda.
