Hello and thank you for your interest in
and support of the Pasto Agricultural Museum!

If you missed us, be sure to visit Saturday May 19 from 9am-3pm, and for Ag Progress Days.

And we’ll continue our schedule of Open Houses every Penn State Home Football Sunday from 1-4pm this season.

Volunteers & potential Volunteers:

We will be meeting regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 2pm.

Join us when you can! Bring a brown bag lunch; coffee, tea, and water provided.

Our work continues, as we:

  • Complete “Kitchen & Home Food Processing” and “Hay Making” exhibits. We’ll be constructing and painting platforms and exhibits. We will be designing signage and adding more photos and descriptions.
  • Prepare a special exhibit to open May 19th, of manual tools for the serious gardener…never-before-exhibited items pulled out from storage to share with visitors!
  • Provide much needed TLC, cleaning, cataloguing, and careful re-hanging artifacts in the collection.
  • Manage a full calendar of group tours: adults and school children, and we need guides to facilitate visitors’ experience of the museum collection.
  • Plan fundraising activities that may include the return of the much-missed Silent Auction; coordinators are needed! As are items for the auction.

Note that in case of inclement weather, we follow the State College Area School District delay and cancellation announcements. Visit http://wpsu.org/closings for the latest update.
