Cast Iron Cook Stove c. 1890-1910
Do you have a forgotten cast iron stove in your basement or barn? In Grandma's barn? It might be just what we are looking for and go right into our new exhibit!
As we develop the "Kitchen and Home Food Processing" display, we are creating a 1890-1910 era farm house kitchen for our visitors. We seek a cast iron cook stove. Ideally it would have been manufactured in Pennsylvania and might include a water reservoir (also known as a "water jacket").
