Mailing List

The Mailing List database is a tool for use by county staff to manage their mailing lists and to prepare and print mailing labels.

  Its primary objectives are:

  1. To provide a method of managing a comprehensive mailing list.
  2. To provide a method of producing mailing labels for this mailing list.
  3. To provide a method of producing various reports including a comprehensive directory for this mailing list.

Current Version:

The current version is Mailing List version 4.1h. This database uses FileMaker Pro version 4.

The "Mailing List v2.6.fp3" is a simplified flat-file database. It has no User Guide.
