IT has established an after hours support service for problems which may be encountered with college servers. The number 814-865-1753 should be used to report the evening or weekend unavailability of a network service provided by IT. The service is available 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The number is NOT to be used for after hours Computer Support questions, as it connects directly to the Penn State Call Center.
