The Ag IT Computer Unit supports several databases to assist county staff in managing their programs at the local level.
IT has established an after hours support service for problems which may be encountered with college servers. The service is available 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The number is NOT to be used for after hours Computer Support questions, as it connects directly to the Penn State Call Center.

Every VC system will include the purchase of a Polycom Service Contract. This contract offers training and technical support for the VC unit for the designated time, usually three years.
