As teams grow - criss-crossing the state - and daily schedules become more complex, calendar sharing becomes more and more valuable.

As the Extension reorganization moves forward at a rapid pace, new employees are coming on board and some staff and administrators are shifting territories and responsibilities. All of these personnel changes means that many people across many offices are spending the month of June trying to remember the steps for successful Exchange calendar sharing!

As with many processes, calendar sharing can be done in a number of different ways…but some of those ways are more often successful than others. Some ways to share calendars make calendars available on the first try, others require muttering and the pulling of hair for success. We recommend the former.
