Support Customer Satisfaction Survey

The long-time President of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Horst Schultz, advises us, "Unless you have 100% customer satisfaction…you must improve." The AgIT Support Team has been asking you how we can improve, and we’re listening to you.

For much of the last month we have been asking faculty, staff and administrators how we’re doing.  Surveys have been automatically sent to those who have contacted IT Support at the close of their helpdesk ticket. We’ve had great response from you, and we appreciate your ratings and suggestions.  We are bringing the formal survey to a close – each of you receives enough e-mail without continued messages from us - but we’re not planning to stop our efforts to provide great service and we’re not going to stop soliciting your suggestions.
