Winter Break Technical Support Schedule & Reminders

The Ag IT Help Desk will be closed between December 23rd and January 1st. Emergency support service will be available from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM every day except December 25th and January 1st. To reach emergency support, please call (814) 865-1229.

Non-emergency calls received at this number will be entered as a Help Desk request and handled when the Help Desk re-opens on January 2nd. For non-emergency issues, please submit a help request via our web form at http://agsci.psu.edu/it/help-request or email us at aghelpdesk@psu.edu. Technical assistance is also available via our web site at http://agsci.psu.edu/it where you can find How To's and links to other support resources.

Ag IT asks that your computers be logged off, but remain turned on and connected to the network when you leave for the Holiday Break. This will ensure that all critical security updates are applied as scheduled. As always, office servers and network equipment should NOT be powered down at any time.
