Use Outlook Web Access on a Windows XP SP2-based computer
You will see the icon of a page with a red circle with a slash in the Information Bar in the lower right corner of the Internet Explorer window. This is the Pop-up blocked notification icon.

In addition, the Pop-up blocker will also affect the New Folder action, The Attachments dialog box, New Message button in the Find Names dialog box, Send Mail to Contact button on the Contact form, Reminders and new e-mail notifications and the following commands on the shortcut menu for mailbox items:Open, Reply, Reply All, Forward, Create Rule and Move/Copy.
