Plone: Adding a Webinar Event to the Extension Upcoming Webinars List
The Upcoming Webinars area can be seen at the right side of the Extension Events page, as well as on the county Events pages. If you have a webinar that you would like to appear in the Upcoming Webinars area, you will need to categorize your event with the "webinar" tag.

Create a Webinar Event
If your webinar event already exists, jump to the Categorize as Webinar section below. Otherwise, follow the Working with Events How-To to create the event
Categorize as Webinar
To categorize your event as a webinar, follow these steps while adding or editing your event:
- Click the Categorization tab
- In Event Types area, under the Other heading, click the Other Tags button/box
- An Other Tags pop-up box will appear. Check the webinar box.
- Click Submit
- Click Save
- New Events are private and not published by default. If you are ready to publish your Event, look for State: Private on the top navigation bar. Click and choose Publish.
