This How To explains how to Publish your presentation using Adobe Presenter 7.
Audio can be a very powerful tool in your PowerPoint presentation. It can also be a very valuable asset to your presentation for those who may be using assistive technology. Since audio can reiterate the text of the notes for each slide, it can accommodate users who may not be sighted. In addition, the audio can supplement or compliment the content of your slides.
The Slide Manager allows you to adjust slide properties at any time. When you open the Slide Manager, a thumbnail of each slide in the presentation appears. The slide properties shown with each thumbnail include the Slide Title, Presenter Information, Navigation Name, Navigation Options, Slide Advance Behavior, Lock Slide Information, and Multimedia Information.
Adobe Presenter 7 allows you to change the Theme of your presenation while it is being viewed. There are many customizations you can do with the Themes and the Theme Editor. This How To will give you some more information.
Once your PowerPoint presentation has been published with Adobe Presenter 6, you can still review, edit, or update the files.
