Log-in to the Barracuda Spam Filtering Service

The Barracuda SPAM & Virus Firewall 400 is an integrated hardware and software solution that eliminates spam and viruses from your E-mail. The Barracuda SPAM filtering service was implemented July 12, 2010 on the College Exchange server managed by Ag IT.

Note: The Barracuda Networks device does not use your AG or Penn State password. To keep the system more secure, a password is generated when you receive a Quarantine Summary Report. This password will expire in a few days.

You may access the Quarantine Inbox in two ways.

First (and preferred), click the link in the Quarantine Summary Report. Be sure to check your Quarantine soon after getting the E-mail.

Second, you can login to the Barracuda Quarantine Inbox.

  1. Go to https://quarantine.ag.psu.edu
  2. In the Username box, enter your AG UserID. (Example: vcv1 ... do NOT precede this with AG\)
  3. In the Password box, enter your AG password.
  4. Click Login.
