Most simple reason, to protect your private data, Instant Messages, and e-mail messages by prohibiting others in your office from using your computer account when you aren't around. This will also protect your co-workers from your wrath if something appears to be changed or missing since you will know that it was locked and nobody could have tampered with your computer!

Lock your Computer
- You have two options to lock the machine
- Press Windows + L
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and then click the Lock Computer button
- You will see a Computer Locked dialog box. You can now leave the machine
Unlock your Computer
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
- Enter your AG password (Note: Remember, your passwords are NOT to be shared)
