This site explains many of the university health care and benefit options that are offered to employees such as health care options, supplemental retirement, flexible spending, professional development programs, etc.
New Faculty and Staff are strongly encouraged to attend these meetings to receive information related to the University's benefits program, an overview of Penn State and the University Policies and Procedures which may affect these individuals. The orientation is a full-day program. Please call HRDC at 814-865-8216 or visit the website by following the link to register. The website will list the upcoming dates.
A Penn State Access Account is a user ID and password that enables Penn State students, faculty, and staff to use the full range of Internet services on or off campus, at computer labs or on personal computers.
Penn State faculty and staff members participate in one of several different retirement programs: the State Employees' Retirement System (SERS); the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association College Retirement Equity Fund (TIAA-CREF); or the Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS).
New faculty and staff members enrolling in University benefits for the first time have the opportunity to make their selections using a Web-based enrollment program.
