Off-Road Equipment

The minor in Off-Road Equipment requires 18 credits from the approved courses. Courses in the minor have prerequisites including calculus, physics, and, depending on the student's major, at least one engineering or engineering technology type course (e.g., ASM 221). These courses should be completed prior to entering the minor.

  • Select 3 credits from A S M 320 or M E 431 (Sem: 5-8)
  • Select 3 credits from B E 303 and 306, or A S M 310, or M E 360 (Sem: 5-8)
  • Select 3 credits from B E 305, A S M 428, or M E 345 (Sem: 5-8)
  • Select 3-4 credits from FOR 339, A S M 424, AGRO 425, HORT 408, or TURF 425 (Sem: 5-8)
  • Select 3 credits from B E 461, or A S M 426 (Sem: 5-8)

A grade of C or better is required for all courses taken to satisfy the minor.

Procedures for Enrollment

Students may apply for admission to the Off-Road Equipment minor by submitting an Entrance to Minor Form in 232 Agricultural Engineering Building.
