Michael Narcavage

Manager, Corporate Development, Chesapeake Energy

Michael Narcavage received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from the Pennsylvania State University in December 1995.   He is currently the Manager of Corporate Development with Chesapeake Energy.  He serves as the liaison between the corporation and the PA Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Protection, as well as with local elected officials. He has provided public education and outreach to inform the public about the advantages of natural gas exploration.  He also acts as point person for the company’s Natural Gas Vehicle project in the Northeastern PA.

Before accepting employment with Chesapeake he served as Manager of Archbald Borough in Northeast PA (2008 – 2009).

Michael is a member of the Penn State Scranton Advisory Board and Lackawanna College Board of Trustees; a member of the Scranton Chamber of Commerce’s LIFE Board; Vice chair of the Marcellus Shale Coalition’s Workforce Committee; a member of the Northern Tier Workforce Investment Board; and a Trustee for Robert Packer Hospital.
